Peter explained my symptoms to me, looked at my shoulder, tested the range of movements and recommended a series of exercises. He was calm, confident and knowledgeable! I felt he looked after me well. My exercises worked well and my shoulder has improved well. The ladies on reception Sandra and Julia were very polite, showed sensitivity and humanity.
Appointment was on time too. :-)
